General Provisions

These terms and conditions are a legal agreement that applies to the use of the 899 bdt platform and all its services. By using the 899 bdt website or mobile application, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. Please read the entire document carefully.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence. 899 bdt reserves the right to change these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.

In this document, "platform" refers to the 899 bdt website, mobile application, and all associated services. "User" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses this platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To open an account on the 899 bdt platform and participate in any gaming or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Providing valid proof of age at the time of registration is mandatory.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may create only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, 899 bdt reserves the right to cancel them and hold the associated balances. Members of the same household or multiple accounts operated from the same network may be required to verify their identity.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. If the name, mobile number, email, or ID details are incorrect, withdrawals may be restricted later. 899 bdt may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

Account Security

It is every user's responsibility to keep their login credentials, password, and OTP completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must notify the 899 bdt support team immediately. Until you do so, you are responsible for all transactions carried out on your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 899 bdt is ৳500. Users must ensure they are using a payment method registered in their own name. Depositing from a third-party account may result in account suspension.

Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• A withdrawal request can be cancelled while it is still being processed.
• Withdrawal requests for unusually large amounts may be subject to additional verification.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000. This means winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 10 times.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for a bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is completed. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering — the contribution may differ for specific games.

• Bonuses apply only to eligible users.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Money won using a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• In cases of misuse of funds or violation of bonus terms, 899 bdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• A bonus is not cash — it functions as betting credit.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is provided under the VIP program. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. For example, a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

Gaming Rules

Slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services on the 899 bdt platform are operated fairly and impartially. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result completely random and free from predetermined outcomes.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an unusual outcome occurs due to a technical error, 899 bdt reserves the right to void that bet.
• For sports events, bets will be settled after the official result is published.
• For live games, if a network issue occurs, the bet outcome will be determined by the data saved on the server.

6.2 Game Provider Terms

Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and other game providers may have their own terms and conditions that apply alongside those of 899 bdt. It is the user's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the specific rules of a game before playing.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 899 bdt platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Manipulating betting patterns to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Sharing or selling an account with or to other users.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability in the system.
• Attempting to make withdrawals through false claims or fraudulent activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 899 bdt

899 bdt reserves the right to suspend any account for the duration of an investigation in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or for security reasons. During the suspension period, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will not be possible.

8.2 Closure by User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. The balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. A self-exclusion option is also available on the Responsible Gaming page, through which the account can be restricted for a set period.

8.3 Balance After Account Cancellation

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance will be cancelled. However, the user's own deposited funds — if not directly used in the breach of bonus terms — may be returned after an investigation.

Limitation of Liability

899 bdt is not directly liable for any loss suffered by a user due to technical issues, server outages, internet disconnection, or failure of third-party services. However, every effort will be made to protect the user's interests in such situations.

The user bears full responsibility for game outcomes, wins or losses, and any betting decisions. 899 bdt does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit.

899 bdt will not be liable if services are suspended or limited due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, government directives, or other uncontrollable events.

Data Privacy

899 bdt places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Our Privacy Policy details what information is collected, how it is stored, and how it is used.

Users' payment details and personal identification information are protected through SSL encryption. 899 bdt never sells users' personal information to third parties.

The right is reserved to share necessary information in cases of legal obligation or valid instructions from government authorities. If such a need arises, users will be informed as early as possible.
